Hello families and students of 21st Century Preparatory School. I’m proud to be part of the 21st Century Prep team, where I’ve been teaching for the past six years. Before joining this amazing community, I spent three years teaching in Kenosha. I earned my degree from Carthage College in 2015 after beginning my studies at the College of Lake County. I live right here in Racine and love running into students and families around town. When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll often find me with a good book—my “to be read” stack just keeps growing! I also enjoy peaceful mornings, a great cup of coffee, and spending time with my dog, Bellotita. My teaching philosophy is simple: I believe in teaching from and to the heart. My goal is for every student to feel seen, valued, and deeply loved. I’m passionate about education and cheering on each student as they grow, learn, and succeed. Ms. Baker
